The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘yuj’ which means join, yoke or union. Yoga is a scientific methodology and by practising it we are able to unite our body with mind and mind with our deeper inner self. Practicing Yoga leads us to a healthier and less stressful life.
Sayoko’s teaching is precise and clear, leading students to feel their inner layer of and become sensitive with their bodies. At the end of the class, students feel calm and relaxed through practicing Yoga with focused attention.
